This medication is used to relieve acute and chronic pain ranging from moderate to severe.

How to take

Adult dose

For children over 12 years and adults, the dosage should be adjusted based on the patient's level of pain and treatment response. An initial dose of 4 tablets is administered, with subsequent intervals of no less than 6 hours. Shall not exceed 16 tablets in one day. Administer the lowest effective dose for the shortest duration possible. Precautions

This medication may place a burden on the liver, so individuals who consume alcohol in amounts exceeding a certain daily limit should consult a physician or pharmacist before taking it. If any skin rashes or allergic reactions occur during treatment, therapy should be discontinued immediately, and medical advice should be sought. Tramadol, one of the components of this medication, may increase the risk of seizures; thus, patients with a history of seizures or at risk of seizures should take this medication with caution. This medication can lead to dependence; therefore, when taken for extended periods, dosage and duration should be adjusted according to a physician's instructions. Patients with impaired liver function must consult a physician before taking this medication, and should not exceed the recommended dosage due to the risk of liver damage. Patients with specific genetic metabolic characteristics may experience severe respiratory depression after taking this medication, necessitating closer observation. This medication should not be used in children under 12 years of age or in adolescents under 18 who have undergone specific surgeries. Patients with sleep apnea or at risk of hypoxemia should be periodically assessed for symptom exacerbation after taking this medication. This medication can cause hyponatremia, so elderly patients or those at risk of hyponatremia should monitor serum sodium levels. Patients allergic to any ingredients of this medication, experiencing severe respiratory depression, severe liver or kidney impairment, or those taking specific medications are prohibited from taking it. During treatment, abrupt cessation should be avoided, and dosage should be gradually reduced, as withdrawal symptoms may arise. Pregnant or nursing women should consult a physician before taking this medication, and it is safer not to take it while breastfeeding. Caution should be exercised when driving or operating machinery, as this medication may cause drowsiness or dizziness.
