Patients with lactose intolerance or specific genetic metabolic disorders must not take this medication and should consult a doctor. Patients with hypertension, angina, cardiovascular disease, adrenal cortex insufficiency, diabetes, the elderly, and severe hypothyroidism should use this medication cautiously, and it is important to gradually increase the dosage and maintain the minimum effective dose. Overdosing on this medication can result in various side effects, including palpitations, arrhythmias, insomnia, headaches, vomiting, diarrhea, myalgia, and more, so immediate consultation with medical personnel is required if symptoms occur. Patients with hypothyroidism should start with a low dose and gradually increase while monitoring their condition, and diabetic patients should be attentive to blood sugar control.
