Improvement of symptoms and walking ability in lumbar spinal stenosis, and ischemic symptoms of Buerger's disease
This medication improves ischemic symptoms such as ulcers, pain, and coldness caused by obstructive thromboangiitis (Buerger's disease). It is also used to alleviate the subjective symptoms such as leg pain and numbness that occur in patients with acquired lumbar spinal canal stenosis and to improve walking ability.
For improvement of ischemic symptoms such as ulcers, pain, and coldness due to thromboangiitis obliterans (Buerger disease), the usual adult dose is 2 tablets orally 3 times daily. For improvement of subjective symptoms (lower limb pain and numbness) and walking ability due to acquired lumbar spinal stenosis (in patients with normal SLR test results and bilateral intermittent claudication), the usual adult dose is 1 tablet orally 3 times daily. The dose may be adjusted as appropriate according to age and symptoms.
