This medication temporarily relieves symptoms such as pain, itching, swelling, and bleeding caused by anal fissures and hemorrhoids, and has a disinfectant action to prevent infection. Patients can reduce uncomfortable symptoms and manage the wound area cleanly through this medication. It is used to help improve symptoms of anal fissures and hemorrhoids.

Dosage and Administration

Adult dosage

For topical application: Apply directly to the affected area within a range of 3 times a day. For insertion: Insert 2g once, within a range of 3 times a day into the rectum. If applied rectally, attach the applicator to the tube and insert it into the rectum.

Precautions

This medication should not be used by individuals with heart disease, hypertension, thyroid disease, diabetes, and difficulty urinating due to prostate enlargement. Additionally, during the use of this medication, do not take certain medications, such as dl-methylephedrine hydrochloride, suppositories or ointments containing scopolamine extract, creams, and blood pressure-lowering drugs or antidepressants. Women who are pregnant or may become pregnant, as well as those currently receiving treatment from a doctor, should consult a doctor, dentist, or pharmacist before using this medication. If you experience redness and swelling of the skin or feel irritation while using this medication, or if allergic symptoms such as rash or itching occur, discontinue use immediately and consult a professional. Particular caution is necessary since severe shock due to allergic reactions may occur. If symptoms do not improve even after approximately 7 days of consistent use, or if there is any bleeding, consult a professional immediately. This medication must be used in accordance with the prescribed dosage and administration and should not be used in children. As this medication is for use only in the anal area, do not apply it to the surrounding eyes or other areas. When storing, keep it out of reach of children, avoid direct sunlight, and store in a cool, dry, and sealed place. Additionally, to maintain quality, do not transfer to another container, and be careful to avoid misuse.
