Efficacy & effects

Improvement in blood pressure control for essential hypertension via the combination of amlodipine and valsartan

  • Essential hypertension
View approved original text

This medication is indicated for patients with essential hypertension whose blood pressure is not sufficiently controlled by monotherapy with amlodipine or valsartan, allowing effective lowering and management of blood pressure. It combines the effects of both components to help dilate blood vessels and maintain stable blood pressure. Therefore, this medication can contribute to preventing complications and maintaining a healthy state in cases where blood pressure control is challenging.

Those with allergies to this medication's active ingredients or to drugs in a similar category should not take it. Pregnant or nursing women, as well as those with severe kidney or liver dysfunction, should not take this medication.
