Precautions

This drug should not be used by patients who are allergic to its components or who cannot metabolize lactose due to genetic factors. It should be used cautiously in patients with poor liver function, severe heart disease, severe cerebrovascular disorders, and in the elderly. Patients taking antihypertensive medications or those with orthostatic hypotension should also exercise caution. Using this drug can cause side effects such as dizziness, vertigo, low blood pressure, and gastrointestinal discomfort. Serious side effects including liver dysfunction, jaundice, and loss of consciousness may occur, so the condition should be carefully monitored. In case of overdose, blood pressure may drop excessively, so the prescribed dosage must be strictly followed. When taking this drug, it is advisable to move slowly as dizziness may occur when standing up. It is safe to avoid activities requiring attention, such as driving or operating hazardous machinery, until symptoms stabilize. When taking this drug with antihypertensive drugs or certain erectile dysfunction treatments, the blood pressure-lowering effect may become stronger, so consultation with a doctor is necessary. Keep it out of reach of children, and it is recommended to take the medication out of its package to prevent esophageal damage. Due to decreased liver function, elderly patients may have slower drug excretion, so treatment should be carefully monitored. This drug helps alleviate symptoms, but other treatment methods, such as surgery, should be considered if necessary.
