Precautions

This medication should not be used by certain patients. Patients who are allergic to this medication or its components, those who have experienced hypersensitivity reactions, patients with peptic ulcers, and those with severe heart, liver, or kidney diseases should not take it. Additionally, women who are pregnant or may become pregnant, as well as patients allergic to soybean oil, soy, or peanuts, should also avoid this medication. This medication should be used with caution in patients with a history of peptic ulcers, cardiovascular diseases, liver or kidney impairment, asthma, or those on psychotropic medications. Patients with lipid metabolism disorders or those using lipid emulsions should also exercise caution. Taking this medication may cause gastrointestinal symptoms such as heartburn, dyspepsia, dry mouth, nausea, and diarrhea. Systemic symptoms like facial swelling, generalized edema, and weakness have also been reported. Blood tests may show leukopenia, liver dysfunction, skin itching, headaches, and upper respiratory infections. Various adverse reactions, including gastrointestinal bleeding, fractures, infections, and liver abscesses, have been reported in clinical trials and post-marketing studies, but most are rare. If any adverse reactions occur during use of this medication, please consult a healthcare professional immediately. This medication must be used with particular caution in patients with a history of peptic ulcers or those with fluid retention and heart failure. Patients who frequently consume alcohol should be cautious as there is a risk of gastrointestinal bleeding. When used in conjunction with other anti-inflammatory medications such as corticosteroids, hyaluronic acid injections, COX-2 inhibitors, sulfonamides, or aspirin, safety has not been confirmed and caution is warranted. If signs of cardiovascular, gastrointestinal, liver, or kidney dysfunction occur during treatment, one should immediately seek testing and discontinue use if necessary. This medication can rarely cause serious allergic reactions such as anaphylaxis, so immediate emergency treatment is required if such symptoms arise. This medication cannot replace corticosteroids and may obscure inflammatory symptoms, delaying infection diagnosis. If dizziness or drowsiness occurs during use, it is advisable to avoid driving or operating machinery. Gastrointestinal disturbances or skin rashes may occur due to the herbal components in this medication, so consult a specialist if symptoms appear. Patients with excessive fat should regularly monitor lipid levels and may need to adjust the dosage of this medication. There is a lack of research on interactions with specific drugs, so caution is needed when taking other medications. Pregnant women, nursing mothers, children, and adolescents should not use this medication as safety has not been established. Elderly individuals are at a higher risk of experiencing adverse reactions, so their condition should be closely monitored during use. In case of overdose, visit a medical institution immediately for diagnosis and treatment. Finally, this medication should be stored out of the reach of children and should not be transferred to another container.
