How to use

Adult use

This medication is applied once daily, with 1 to 3 patches for a maximum of 12 hours, on the area with the most severe pain on intact skin without wounds or damage. Remove the patch from the sealed pouch and apply it immediately. It can be cut into small sizes with scissors, and the release film should be removed for use.

Precautions

This medicine should be stored out of reach of children and pets. If a child or pet chews or swallows this medication, there is a risk of serious side effects. Applying this medication over an extensive area for a long time or using multiple patches simultaneously could lead to excessive absorption of the active ingredient into the body, resulting in dangerous side effects. Individuals with lower body weight or weakened bodily functions should be particularly cautious. People who are allergic to this medication or have hypersensitivity to similar types of local anesthetics should not use it. Skin reactions such as blisters, rash, itching, and swelling may occur at the site of application, but these are usually mild and temporary. Rarely, severe allergic reactions may occur; if you experience difficulty breathing or facial swelling, seek medical attention immediately. Those with severely impaired liver function should be cautious, as the active ingredient may not be adequately broken down in the body, increasing the risk of side effects. It is best to avoid using this medication on damaged or infected skin, and care should be taken to prevent it from coming into contact with the eyes. If it comes into contact with the eyes, rinse immediately with clean water. When used with other local anesthetics or certain heart medications, drug interactions may exacerbate side effects; consult your doctor. Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding should use this medication only with caution and when necessary, as it may be excreted in breast milk, requiring additional precautions during breastfeeding. The safety and efficacy of this medication have not been sufficiently confirmed for use in children, so its use is not recommended. Overuse can lead to serious neurological and cardiovascular problems; any symptoms that arise should be reported to healthcare personnel immediately, as treatment may be necessary. After use, wash your hands thoroughly, and dispose of the used patch safely to avoid contact with children or pets.
