Precautions

This medication should not be used by patients allergic to its ingredients or those with certain genetic lactose-related diseases. Patients with impaired liver function should use caution as drug concentration may increase. Due to limited experience in patients with serious heart or cerebrovascular issues, caution is advised. Elderly patients may have delayed drug excretion due to decreased liver function, so careful use is necessary. Caution is required when taken with blood pressure lowering agents or certain vasodilators, as it can lead to worsened hypotension. Patients with orthostatic hypotension should be cautious as symptoms may worsen when taking this medication. Side effects such as dizziness, lightheadedness, hypotension, and gastrointestinal discomfort may occur. Serious adverse reactions like liver dysfunction or loss of consciousness can occur, and if symptoms appear, immediate consultation with medical personnel is necessary. In case of overdose, blood pressure may drop excessively, so the prescribed dosage must be strictly followed. Care should be taken to avoid sudden position changes if symptoms of orthostatic hypotension appear. Attention should be paid to symptoms such as dizziness when engaging in hazardous activities like driving or working at heights. Store out of reach of children and advise to take after removing from the packaging. Swallowing the packaging as is can cause esophageal damage, so caution is necessary.
