If any unusual symptoms occur, stop using it immediately and seek appropriate treatment. Additionally, hypersensitivity reactions such as cardiovascular collapse, loss of consciousness, angioedema, airway obstruction, rash, urticaria, itching, redness and swelling around the eyes may occur; if these symptoms develop, use should be stopped immediately. Temporary burning or irritation, discomfort, pain, redness, itching, conjunctivitis, keratitis, tearing, dryness, blurred vision may occur, and very rarely, dizziness or serious corneal damage may arise, so use should be halted if symptoms become severe. Other symptoms such as hearing impairment, taste disturbances, and irritation may also occur. Elderly patients or those on steroid therapy may have a higher risk of tendonitis or tendon rupture, so caution is necessary and use should be stopped immediately if pain or inflammation is felt. To prevent the development of resistant bacteria, sensitivity testing should be performed and it should be used only for the minimum necessary duration; long-term use should be avoided as it may lead to an overgrowth of non-susceptible organisms. Women who are pregnant or may become pregnant should use it only when the therapeutic benefits outweigh the risks, and lactating women should either stop breastfeeding or discontinue the use of this medication. Safety and efficacy have not been established in pediatric patients, so use is not recommended. This medication should be used only for ophthalmic purposes, and care should be taken to avoid contact between the tip of the container and the eye. Avoid shared use and it is recommended to use individually to prevent contamination. When stored, keep out of the reach of children, avoid direct sunlight, and store in a cool place. Also, do not transfer to another container to maintain quality.
