This medication is used in patients with essential hypertension whose blood pressure is not adequately controlled by monotherapy with amlodipine or telmisartan. That is, if the existing treatment does not bring the blood pressure to within the normal range, this medication can be taken additionally to help effectively lower and manage blood pressure.

How to take

Adult dose

The recommended dosage for this medication is 1 tablet once daily, to be taken with water regardless of meals. It is advisable to take it at the same time every day (e.g., in the morning). For patients with renal impairment, treatment should be started at a lower dose in severe cases, and the dose should be gradually increased. Precautions

This medication can cause serious harm to the fetus if taken during pregnancy, especially in the second and third trimesters, so pregnant women or those who may become pregnant should not take it.
