Alphacen Soft Capsule (Choline Alfoscerate)

Adult dose

Administer 400 mg of choline alfoscerate per dose orally 2～3 times daily. The dose may be adjusted as appropriate according to symptoms.

This medication should not be used in patients who have had allergic reactions to this medication or its components. Additionally, it is safe for women who are pregnant or may become pregnant to avoid taking this medication. Nausea may occur when taking this medication, which may be due to the influence of the neurotransmitter dopamine in the brain. If such symptoms occur, the dosage of the medication should be reduced. It may affect the gastrointestinal tract, possibly leading to gastritis or other gastrointestinal disorders. Moreover, it may affect the mental and nervous system, leading to symptoms such as drowsiness, insomnia, irritability, nervousness, seizures, and excessive movement. This medication should be kept in a safe place out of the reach of children, and care should be taken not to transfer it to another container, as this may cause accidents or reduce the quality of the medication.
