This medication is used in patients with essential hypertension who do not achieve adequate blood pressure control with telmisartan or amlodipine monotherapy. It helps to reduce the risk of cardiovascular complications by effectively lowering blood pressure. It will be prescribed in an appropriate dosage according to the patient's condition and contributes to maintaining health by better controlling blood pressure.

How to take

Adult dose

The recommended dosage for adults is one tablet once daily, taken with water regardless of meals. It is recommended to take it at the same time each day (e.g., in the morning). Precautions

Mild side effects

Dizziness, peripheral edema, syncope, drowsiness, headache, sensory disturbances, taste disturbances, tremors, visual disturbances, vertigo, tinnitus, palpitations, bradycardia, tachycardia, flushing, hypotension, orthostatic hypotension, cough, nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, diarrhea, dyspepsia, itching, sweating, rash, hair loss, abnormal blood tests (increased liver enzymes, increased blood creatinine, increased uric acid, etc.), weakness, fatigue, chest pain, myalgia, arthralgia, low back pain, erectile dysfunction
