This medication is used in patients with essential hypertension whose blood pressure is not adequately controlled with either telmisartan or amlodipine alone. It effectively lowers blood pressure and helps reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease.

How to take

Adult dose

The recommended dosage of this medication is 1 tablet once daily, to be taken with water regardless of meals. It is recommended to take it at the same time every day (e.g., in the morning). Patients with renal impairment do not require dose adjustment for mild to moderate renal impairment; however, in cases of severe impairment, it is recommended to start with a lower dose and gradually increase. Precautions

This medication should not be used during pregnancy, especially in the second and third trimesters, as it can cause serious harm to the fetus; therefore, it should not be taken by women who are pregnant or may become pregnant. Drowsiness or dizziness may occur when taking this medication; therefore, caution should be exercised when driving or operating dangerous machinery. In cases of overdose, severe hypotension, dizziness, or heart abnormalities may occur, so it is crucial to adhere strictly to the dosage, and if any abnormal symptoms appear, immediate consultation with medical personnel is required.
