This medication should not be used in patients with allergies to the active ingredient or components. While using this medication, neurological symptoms such as headache, taste abnormalities, and dizziness may occur. Eye-related side effects may include keratitis, eye pain, dry eyes, eye swelling, itching, eye discharge, redness, and discomfort, and rarely glare, blurred vision, and eyelid redness have been reported. Nasal dryness, rhinitis, dry mouth, dermatitis, and fatigue may also occur rarely. Some patients may experience symptoms similar to a cold or pharyngitis, and symptoms such as malaise, back pain, flu-like symptoms, frequent coughing, infections, nausea, and sinusitis have also been reported. This medication contains phosphate, so caution should be exercised as corneal calcification may very rarely occur in patients with severe corneal damage. It is advisable not to use this medication while wearing contact lenses and to wait at least 15 minutes after instillation before reapplying lenses. The ingredients in this medication can cause eye irritation and may discolor soft contact lenses, so caution is required. This medication is a non-sedating antihistamine, which may temporarily blur vision, requiring caution when driving or operating machinery. Pregnant women should carefully consider the risks and benefits when using this medication, and nursing mothers should also be cautious as there is a possibility that this medication may pass into breast milk. This medication can be safely used in children aged 3 years and older, and elderly patients can use it without special caution. In case of overdose, consult a healthcare provider immediately for appropriate observation and treatment. This medication is intended for direct instillation into the eyes and should be used with care to avoid contamination by preventing the tip of the container from touching the area around the eyes, and the cap should be tightly closed after use. If using other eye drops, they should be applied with a minimum interval of 5 minutes, and when using ointments, it is advisable to use this medication last. When not in use, the cap should be tightly closed to store the medication, and if the tamper-evident ring is loose, it should be removed before use. This medication is known to have a low risk of carcinogenicity, mutagenicity, and reproductive toxicity, but caution is essential during pregnancy.
