This medication is prescribed only for patients who need to take Candesartan Cilexetil for the treatment of hypertension and heart failure, combined with Rosuvastatin for managing hypercholesterolemia. Candesartan Cilexetil helps in the treatment of essential hypertension and heart failure with reduced left ventricular function. It can be administered as an additional treatment particularly when ACE inhibitors are not suitable. Rosuvastatin assists dietary management for patients with hypercholesterolemia and hyperlipidemia and is effective in slowing the progression of atherosclerosis. Additionally, it is used for certain familial hypercholesterolemia patients and helps reduce the risk of stroke, myocardial infarction, and revascularization in adults with elevated high-sensitivity C-reactive protein levels who are at risk for cardiovascular disease. This medication is primarily used to treat hypertension, heart failure, and hyperlipidemia.
