This medication is used for patients who need to take Candesartan Cilexetil and Rosuvastatin simultaneously. Candesartan Cilexetil is a medicine that replaces or complements ACE inhibitors in the treatment of essential hypertension and in heart failure patients with impaired left ventricular function. Rosuvastatin is used as an adjunct to diet in patients with hyperlipidemia, notably familial hypercholesterolemia and mixed hyperlipidemia. Additionally, Rosuvastatin helps to slow the progression of atherosclerosis and reduces the risk of stroke, myocardial infarction, and vascular revascularization in patients at high cardiovascular risk. The combination of these two medications enhances cardiovascular health and effectively manages blood pressure and cholesterol levels, improving the patient's condition.
