While taking this medication, serious gastrointestinal problems such as gastric bleeding, ulcers, or perforations may arise, especially in the elderly where the risk is higher, so it's crucial to immediately consult medical personnel if symptoms occur. Patients with peptic ulcers, those with drug allergies, persons who are hypersensitive to aspirin or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, women who are pregnant or could become pregnant, and individuals with severe liver, kidney, or heart diseases should not take this medication.
