This medication is effective for various types of pain including headache, toothache, pain after tooth extraction, sore throat, ear pain, joint pain, neuralgia, and muscle pain. Additionally, it provides excellent antipyretic action during chills and fever, helping to alleviate symptoms. It is mainly used for pain relief and reducing fever, effectively reducing discomfort and improving patients' conditions.

How to take

Adult dose

Adults and children aged 15 years and older: 1 capsule, 1 to 3 times daily. Avoid taking on an empty stomach. The interval between doses should be at least 4 hours.

Precautions

This medication should be consulted with a doctor or pharmacist before use by those who regularly consume more than three alcoholic beverages daily, as it may increase the risk of gastrointestinal bleeding. For individuals with cardiovascular diseases or risk factors such as hypertension, diabetes, or smoking, careful consideration should be given before taking this medication in high doses for an extended period. High-dose use may slightly increase the risk of thrombotic events such as myocardial infarction or stroke. People allergic to this medication or its components or who have previously experienced asthma should not take it. Infants under 3 months of age should also avoid it. It is advisable not to combine it with other antipyretics, cold medicines, or sedatives. Children suspected of having chickenpox or influenza, those with allergic conditions, liver or kidney diseases, pregnant women or those who may become pregnant, breastfeeding mothers, and the elderly should ensure consultation with a specialist before using. If symptoms such as rash, itching, nausea, stomach pain, dizziness, or swelling occur during use, discontinue use immediately and consult a doctor or pharmacist. Emergency treatment may be necessary for severe allergic reactions, severe skin reactions, or symptoms of asthma. If symptoms do not improve after 5-6 doses, consult a doctor. This medication is generally not administered to children under 2 years old except in special cases. It is important to strictly adhere to the prescribed dosage and duration of use, and to avoid long-term use, as well as to avoid alcohol during treatment. After 20 weeks of pregnancy, there is a risk of fetal kidney anomalies and oligohydramnios; therefore, it should only be used at the minimum effective dose for the shortest duration necessary.
