  • Essential hypertension
View approved original text

This medication helps lower blood pressure more effectively in patients with essential hypertension who are not adequately controlled by monotherapy with amlodipine or telmisartan, reducing cardiovascular risk. It works by dilating blood vessels to improve blood pressure and provides additional therapeutic effects for patients who find it difficult to control their blood pressure. Consequently, it is used to reduce the risk of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular complications in managing essential hypertension.
