Adult dose

Administer 60 mg of Artemisia princeps 95% ethanol soft extract orally per dose, 3 times daily.

This medicine contains lactose; therefore, it should not be used by patients with a genetic problem of lactose intolerance. Patients with thrombosis or consumptive coagulopathy, and those with severe problems related to the liver, kidneys, heart, lungs, or blood should use this medicine with caution. Individuals with drug allergy symptoms or a history of allergies in the past also need to be cautious. If there is an allergic reaction to the yellow dye #4 included in this medicine, it should be administered with care. When taking this medicine, gastrointestinal symptoms such as nausea, loss of appetite, diarrhea, vomiting, heartburn, and abdominal pain may occur, so caution is necessary. Neurological symptoms such as dizziness or headache, as well as skin symptoms such as rash or itching, may also occur rarely. Since liver function test values may change, it is advisable to undergo regular liver function testing. Women who are pregnant or may become pregnant should use this medicine cautiously after consulting a doctor since its safety has not been established. Lactating women should also only use this medicine when necessary, as it is not known whether it is transmitted in breast milk. If symptoms do not improve after taking the medicine for more than 2 weeks, it should be discontinued, and a consultation with a specialist should be made.
