This medication is used to inhibit thrombus formation in conditions such as myocardial infarction, cerebral infarction, and unstable angina. It also helps prevent thrombus formation after coronary artery bypass surgery or percutaneous coronary intervention. Moreover, it is effective in reducing cardiovascular risk in high-risk patients with multiple risk factors such as hypertension, hypercholesterolemia, obesity, and diabetes. Enteric-coated tablet: 1 tablet once a day, taken before meals with sufficient water. Enteric-coated capsule: 1 capsule once a day, taken before meals with sufficient water.
This drug may increase the risk of gastrointestinal bleeding when taken by individuals who regularly consume more than three alcoholic beverages a day, so it must be discussed with a doctor or pharmacist.
