The vitamins E, B1, and B6 contained in this medication are used for alleviating fatigue due to physical exertion, pregnancy, lactation, or during and after illness, and for health maintenance in the elderly. Additionally, it alleviates symptoms of peripheral blood circulation disorders and stiffness in the shoulders and neck, along with cold extremities during menopause. It also assists in the relief of pain such as neuralgia, myalgia, and arthralgia and alleviates symptoms of oral inflammation such as angular cheilitis, cheilitis, stomatitis, glossitis, as well as skin conditions like eczema and dermatitis. It is effective for eye fatigue and muscle cramps due to magnesium deficiency. Thus, it is utilized for overall physical improvement and symptom relief.

How to take

Adult dose

For individuals aged 12 and older, take 1 capsule twice daily.

Precautions

This medication should not be taken by individuals who have allergies or have had hypersensitivity reactions to specific ingredients. Moreover, infants under 12 months or patients with severe renal failure, and those allergic to soybean oil, soy, or peanuts should not take this medication. During treatment with this medication, it should not be combined with phosphates, calcium salts, certain antibiotics such as tetracycline, antacids, or drugs like levodopa. If you are currently undergoing other treatments, are pregnant or potentially pregnant, or are breastfeeding, or if you have cardiac or renal issues, or are a patient with hypoproteinemia or abnormalities in fat metabolism, you should consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication. This medication contains the dye Yellow No. 5, so individuals allergic to this component should be cautious. If you experience gastric discomfort, diarrhea, constipation, skin rashes, nausea, vomiting, irregular heartbeat, central nervous system abnormalities while taking this medication, you should immediately discontinue use and consult a professional. If there are changes in menstruation or bleeding persists, stop taking this medication and consult a doctor. Those taking contraceptives containing estrogen or at risk of thrombosis should be cautious, as taking vitamin E may increase the risk of thrombosis. High doses of pyridoxine taken over prolonged periods may cause peripheral nerve abnormalities, so caution is advised. Overdose may lead to nausea, vomiting, swelling, heart issues, and concomitant use with certain diuretics may elevate blood potassium levels. This medication must adhere to the prescribed dosage and administration, and it is advisable to avoid consuming teas containing tannins, such as green tea or black tea, before and after taking this medication. Patients with fat metabolism issues should regularly check blood lipid levels while taking this medication and adjust dosage as needed.
