This medication is used to effectively control blood pressure in patients with essential hypertension whose blood pressure is not sufficiently controlled with telmisartan or amlodipine monotherapy.

How to take

Adult dose

The recommended dose for this medication is one tablet once daily, taken with water regardless of meals. It is recommended to take it at the same time every day (e.g., morning). Dose adjustments should be made according to blood pressure control status based on 40/5 mg, 80/5 mg, and 40/10 mg doses. Patients with renal impairment may require dose adjustments, and patients with hepatic impairment should not exceed a daily dose of 40 mg.

Precautions

This medication should not be used during pregnancy, especially in the second and third trimesters, as it may pose serious risks to the fetus.
