This medication is used to supplement vitamins E and B group (1, 2, 6) when physically fatigued, during pregnancy or breastfeeding, in the case of reduced physical strength during illness or after illness, and in old age. It is also effective for improving shoulder and neck stiffness, tingling and cold sensations in the hands and feet, alleviating peripheral circulatory disorders and menopausal symptoms. It helps relieve pains such as neuralgia, myalgia, and arthralgia, and alleviates symptoms of inflammatory diseases around the mouth such as cheilitis, stomatitis, and glossitis. It improves eczema and dermatitis symptoms of the skin and is useful for preventing beriberi and alleviating eye fatigue. Therefore, it is effective for improving various symptoms and helping overall health.

How to take

Adult dose

For adults, take 1 capsule twice a day.

Child dose

For children over 8 years old and adolescents, take 1 capsule twice a day.

Precautions

This medication should not be taken by persons with allergic reactions to this medication or its ingredients. In particular, infants under 3 months old or those allergic to soybean oil, soy, or peanuts should not take this medication. While taking this medication, do not take a medication called levodopa together. Infants under 1 year old, patients receiving medical treatment, and women who are pregnant or breastfeeding should consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication. Patients with disorders in fat metabolism such as hyperlipidemia or diabetic dyslipidemia, or pancreatitis should be cautious. This medication contains the dye Yellow No. 5, so those allergic to this ingredient should take caution. If symptoms such as gastrointestinal discomfort, diarrhea, rash, vomiting, loss of appetite, urticaria, or edema occur while taking, stop taking immediately and consult medical personnel. Women should be cautious as their menstrual cycle may become shorter or bleeding may prolong. Those taking estrogen-containing contraceptives or at risk of thrombosis may experience an increased risk of thromboembolism when taking vitamin E. Long-term high-dose pyridoxine intake may cause nerve damage; caution is necessary. Patients with folate deficiency who take a large amount of vitamin B12 may show blood abnormalities. High doses may cause peptic ulcer, blood sugar control disorders, hyperuricemia, and liver damage; caution is necessary. In case of overdose or if symptoms do not improve after taking for more than 1 month, stop taking and consult a professional. Always adhere to the prescribed dosage and frequency, and supervision by a guardian is needed when giving to children. This medication may change urine color to yellow, which can affect test results. Patients with fat metabolism disorders should regularly check blood lipid levels and adjust the dosage. When receiving other lipid agents, consider the lipid amount contained in this medication and adjust the dosage accordingly. Store in a tightly sealed container to prevent exposure to air or moisture. It is important to maintain a storage temperature between 1 degree and 30 degrees Celsius.
