This medicine is used for inflammatory diseases such as chronic multiple arthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, arthrosis, and ankylosing spondylitis. It also helps alleviate painful swelling and inflammation that occur after trauma or surgery. This medication is additionally used as an adjunct in the treatment of infections accompanied by inflammation and pain, contributing to symptom improvement. Overall, it is effective in alleviating various inflammatory diseases and pain associated with joints and is used to enhance the patient's quality of life.
As Dexibuprofen, administer 300 mg orally 2 to 4 times a day. However, do not exceed 1,200 mg as Dexibuprofen per day.
This medicine must be discussed with a doctor or pharmacist if taken by individuals who regularly consume more than 3 drinks of alcohol daily, as it may cause gastrointestinal bleeding. Patients with cardiovascular diseases or risk factors should be cautious as this medication may lead to serious cardiovascular issues such as myocardial infarction or stroke. Due to the risk of serious problems such as gastrointestinal bleeding, ulcers, or perforation, those with a history of gastrointestinal diseases or elderly patients should be especially careful. Patients with gastrointestinal ulcers or bleeding, severe liver or kidney disorders, severe hypertension, or heart failure should not take this medication. Taking this medication alongside aspirin or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs may increase the risk of gastrointestinal bleeding and decrease the medication's efficacy, so avoiding such combinations is recommended. Women who are breastfeeding should discontinue nursing or the medication, as it can be transferred to breast milk and cause adverse reactions in infants. This drug can cause dizziness or fatigue, so caution is needed while driving or operating machinery. Patients with blood disorders, liver or kidney disease, hypertension, heart failure, or a history of allergies must consult with a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication. This drug may cause serious side effects such as skin rash, difficulty breathing, liver function abnormalities, gastrointestinal bleeding, or decreased kidney function, and if any of these symptoms occur, immediate discontinuation and consultation with a medical professional are required. During pregnancy, particularly after 6 months, it can be harmful to the fetus, and women who are pregnant or planning to become pregnant must consult with healthcare professionals. Long-term or high-dose use of this drug requires regular blood tests and monitoring of liver and kidney function, and if any unusual symptoms occur, immediate consultation with a medical professional is necessary. In the event of an overdose, seek medical attention immediately, and store the medication out of reach of children in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Do not take this medication in conjunction with aspirin, other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, or high doses of methotrexate used in chemotherapy. Also, avoid combining with corticosteroids, alcohol, digoxin, phenytoin, probenecid, sulfinpyrazone, sulfonylureas, ACE inhibitors, angiotensin II receptor antagonists, diuretics, lithium, coumarin anticoagulants, baclofen, immunosuppressants, thrombolytics, ticlopidine, and antithrombotic agents.
This medication should be stored in a tightly sealed container to protect it from air and moisture, and it is recommended to keep it at room temperature between 1 to 30 degrees Celsius. Proper storage will help maintain the drug's effectiveness over time.
