Cholin Forte Soft Capsule (Cholin Alfoscerate)

Adult dose

Administer 400 mg per dose orally 2～3 times daily as choline alfoscerate. Adjust the dosage appropriately according to the symptoms.

This drug should not be used in patients who are allergic to this drug or its components. In particular, it is safer for women who are pregnant or may become pregnant to avoid taking this medication. Nausea may occur during treatment with this medication as it affects dopamine activity in the brain. If nausea becomes severe, it may be necessary to reduce the dose. Caution should be taken as it may affect the digestive system and can worsen gastritis or other gastrointestinal diseases. Additionally, this medication may cause central nervous system symptoms such as drowsiness, insomnia, irritability, aggression, convulsions, and excessive motion. This medication should be kept in a safe place out of reach of children, and transferring it to another container should be avoided as it may compromise the quality of the medication or cause accidents.
