How to take

Adult dose

Telmisartan alone may not adequately control blood pressure in patients, and this medication should be taken once a day with water, regardless of meals. It is recommended to adjust the dosages of each component based on the individual's needs before administration. The combination product Telmisartan/Hydrochlorothiazide 40/12.5 mg, 80/12.5 mg, and 80/25 mg can be administered to patients who do not have adequate blood pressure control. Precautions

This medication should not be used during pregnancy, especially in the second and third trimesters, as it can cause severe harm to the fetus.
