This medication contains vitamins B1, B2, B6, and zinc, which help when experiencing physical fatigue, during pregnancy and lactation, and in cases of weakness due to illness or post-illness. Vitamin B1 is effective for alleviating neuralgia, myalgia, arthralgia, beriberi, and eye fatigue. Vitamins B2 and B6 assist in improving inflammatory conditions such as angular cheilitis, cheilitis, stomatitis, glossitis, and also symptoms of dermatitis and eczema. Zinc plays an important role in the body and contributes to maintaining health. This medication is used for overall fatigue recovery and improving nerve and skin health.

How to take

Adult dose

For individuals aged 12 years and older: Take 1 bottle twice a day after meals

Precautions

This medication contains the artificial sweetener aspartame, which is metabolized to phenylalanine in the body. Therefore, patients with phenylketonuria, a genetic disorder that requires restricting phenylalanine intake, should not take this medication. Individuals who have had allergic reactions to any of the ingredients in this medication should not take it. Additionally, infants under 12 months of age should not take this medication. During the use of this medication, it is not recommended to take other medications such as phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracycline antibiotics, antacids, or levodopa together with it. If you are receiving medical treatment, have heart or circulatory problems, poor kidney function, or low protein levels, you must consult a doctor, dentist, or pharmacist before taking this medication. If during treatment nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, gastrointestinal disturbances, upper abdominal pain, hypotension, or pulmonary edema occurs, stop taking the medication immediately and consult a professional. Long-term intake of pyridoxine (vitamin B6) at dosages exceeding 500mg to 2g can lead to peripheral nervous system abnormalities, so caution is required. High doses of this medication may worsen peptic ulcers or cause glucose metabolism disorders, increased blood uric acid levels, and liver damage. Overdose may lead to nausea, vomiting, hypernatremia, congestive heart failure, and edema. Caution is advised when taken with mineralocorticoids or triamterene as it can dangerously elevate blood potassium levels. If accidentally overdosed or if symptoms do not improve after one month of use, consult a professional immediately. This medication should be taken strictly according to the prescribed dosage and regimen, as it may cause yellow urine which can affect clinical test results. It is advisable to avoid consuming tannin-containing teas such as green tea or black tea before or after taking this medication. This medication should be stored out of reach of children, in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, and in a container that blocks light. It is also important to avoid transferring it to another container to prevent misuse and maintain quality.
