Vitamin B6 and C help improve health by providing support during physical fatigue, pregnancy, breastfeeding, and during or after illness. It is also used for the prevention and treatment of iron deficiency anemia.

How to take

Adult dose

1 tablet once a day.

Child dose

1 tablet once a day.

Precautions

This medication contains iron, and excessive ingestion by children under 6 years old can lead to serious poisoning and death, so it should be stored in a safe place out of reach of children. People allergic to this medication or any of its ingredients, infants under 12 months old, those with diseases that cause iron accumulation due to abnormal iron metabolism, and individuals with specific hereditary diseases such as lactose intolerance should not take this medication. It is advisable not to take this medication together with phosphate, calcium salts, certain antibiotics, antacids, and drugs like levodopa. Those receiving treatment from a doctor or who have specific kidney diseases, gastrointestinal diseases, are pregnant or breastfeeding, have heart or circulatory diseases, are hypoalbuminemic, or have gout or kidney stones should consult a healthcare professional before taking this medication. If symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, urticaria, itching, abdominal pain, fever, or coma occur during taking this medication, discontinue use immediately and consult a professional. Additionally, long-term high-dose use may lead to tolerance and possible nerve damage or blood disorder reactions when taken with certain vitamins, so caution is advised. Adhere carefully to the prescribed dosage and administration, and ensure children take it under adult supervision; this may affect blood glucose tests, so it should be noted. It is advisable to avoid consuming teas containing tannins such as green tea or black tea while taking this medication. When storing, keep in a closed container in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, and do not transfer to other containers to maintain quality.
