Vitamins B1, B2, B6, C, D, and E are nutrients required during physical fatigue, pregnancy, lactation, and for recovery of strength during and after illness, as well as during growth and old age. These vitamins help relieve pain such as neuralgia, myalgia, and arthralgia, and improve oral inflammation like angular cheilitis, cheilitis, stomatitis, and glossitis, along with skin conditions like eczema and dermatitis. Additionally, B vitamins are effective for the prevention of rickets, while vitamins A and E are effective in alleviating eye fatigue. Vitamin D is important for improving poor bone and dental development and is critical for preventing rickets. Zinc is essential for maintaining normal immune function and assisting in cell growth and recovery. Collectively, these vitamins and zinc are used for enhancing overall physical strength and disease prevention.
