This drug is also effective in alleviating stiffness in the shoulders and neck that occurs with peripheral blood circulation disorders, as well as coldness or numbness in the hands and feet associated with menopausal symptoms. It is used to relieve pain symptoms such as neuralgia, muscle pain, and joint pain, and is also used for the treatment of angular cheilitis, cheilitis, stomatitis, glossitis, and conditions like eczema or dermatitis. Furthermore, it aids in alleviating symptoms caused by beriberi and fatigue of the eyes, as well as muscle cramps due to magnesium deficiency. Overall, this medication is used for the alleviation of various symptoms and to improve physical stamina.

How to take

Adult dose

For individuals aged 12 and older: take 1 capsule twice a day.

Precautions

This medication should not be taken by anyone who has had an allergic reaction or hypersensitivity to this drug or any of its components. Additionally, infants under 12 months, patients with severe kidney dysfunction, and individuals allergic to soybean oil, soybeans, or peanuts should also avoid this medication. It is important not to take this medication with certain drugs such as phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracycline antibiotics, antacids, and levodopa. Women who are receiving treatment from a doctor, pregnant or potentially pregnant, breastfeeding, those with heart or circulatory diseases, kidney disorders, protein deficiency, and those with lipid metabolism disorders or using lipid emulsions should consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication. This medication contains the dye Yellow No. 5, and those allergic to this substance should exercise caution. If symptoms such as gastrointestinal discomfort, diarrhea, constipation, skin rash or redness, nausea, vomiting, abnormal heart rhythms, or central nervous system depression occur while taking this medication, discontinue use immediately and consult a doctor. Also, if menstruation starts earlier than usual or if bleeding lasts longer than usual, consultation with a specialist is necessary. Women taking oral contraceptives containing estrogen or patients at risk of thrombosis should be cautious, as taking this medication with vitamin E may increase the risk of thrombosis. High doses of pyridoxine (vitamin B6) taken for prolonged periods can lead to nerve disorders, so dosage must be carefully followed. Taking this medication in excess can result in symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, hypernatremia, heart failure, edema, and other side effects, so care must be taken.
