This medication contains Vitamins D, B1, B2, B6, and C, which can be helpful in various situations. For example, during physical fatigue, in pregnancy and lactation, when strength is reduced due to illness or recovery, and during growth or old age, it is beneficial. Vitamin B1 alleviates symptoms such as neuralgia, myalgia, joint pain, beriberi, and eye fatigue. Vitamin B2 is effective in improving inflammation around the mouth such as angular cheilitis, cheilitis, stomatitis, glossitis, as well as dermatitis and eczema. Vitamin D helps with bone and teeth development disorders and prevents rickets. Therefore, this medication is used to alleviate various bodily conditions and symptoms.
How to take
Adult dose
For individuals aged 12 years and older, take 1 tablet once, 1 to 2 times a day.
Precautions
This medication should not be taken by patients with hypercalcemia or sarcoidosis, which is an unknown cause systemic inflammatory disease, and patients with kidney disease. Those with allergic reactions to the components of this medication, babies under 12 months, and patients with kidney stones should also not take this medication. During the use of this medication, it should not be taken together with phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracycline antibiotics, antacids, and medications such as levodopa. Patients currently receiving treatment from another doctor, those with hyperoxaluria, pregnant women or those who may become pregnant, nursing mothers, premature infants, and infants must consult a physician or pharmacist before taking this medication. Patients with a history of gastrointestinal diseases, heart and circulatory disorders, kidney disorders, hypoproteinemia, gout, or kidney stones must also consult a professional before taking this medication. If symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, poor appetite, abdominal distension, dermatitis, hair loss, gastrointestinal disorders, hypotension, or pulmonary edema occur during use, immediately stop taking the medication and consult medical personnel. Long-term high-dose use may lead to tolerance, and excessive pyridoxine intake may produce neurological symptoms. Administering high doses of Vitamin B12 may cause blood abnormal reactions, so caution is required. High-dose use may cause adverse effects such as peptic ulcer exacerbation, blood sugar control disorders, hyperuricemia, and liver damage. Also, in cases of excessive intake, symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, hypernatremia, congestive heart failure, and edema may appear, so caution is necessary. When taken in combination with certain diuretics, potassium levels in the blood may rise to dangerous levels, requiring attention. If an overdose occurs or if symptoms do not improve after taking the medication for more than a month, consult medical personnel immediately. During use, it is essential to adhere to the prescribed dosage and administration, and this medication may affect blood sugar measurement in some urine tests. Additionally, this medication may turn the urine yellow, which can impact test results, so please keep this in mind. It is advisable to avoid teas containing tannins, such as green tea or black tea, before and after taking this medication. This medication should be kept out of reach of children and stored in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight in a sealed container. For quality maintenance, it is important not to transfer the medication to another container.
