This medication helps when experiencing physical fatigue, assists in replenishing Vitamins E, B1, and B6 during pregnancy, breastfeeding, and during or after illness-induced stamina decline, and assists older adults. It also alleviates blood circulation problems manifested as shoulder and neck stiffness and numbness and cold extremities associated with menopause symptoms. It reduces pain symptoms such as neuralgia, myalgia, and arthralgia, improves oral inflammation and conditions such as cheilitis, stomatitis, glossitis, and dermatitis. It aids in relieving symptoms of beriberi and eye fatigue and helps reduce muscle cramps resulting from magnesium deficiency. In summary, this medication is used to improve symptoms associated with various vitamin deficiencies and relieve pain and inflammation for health recovery.

How to take

Adult dose

For individuals age 12 and older, take 1 capsule twice a day.

Precautions

This medication should not be taken by individuals with an allergic reaction to this medication or its ingredients. Babies under 12 months old or patients with severe renal impairment should also avoid use. People allergic to soybean oil, soy, or peanuts should not take this medication. When using this medication, do not take it with phosphates, calcium salts, tetracycline antibiotics, or antacids. Additionally, it should not be combined with the medication Levodopa. Individuals under 1 year old, current patients under treatment, pregnant or breastfeeding women, patients with heart or cardiovascular diseases, or patients with kidney disorders should consult a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication. This medication contains Yellow No. 5 dye, and individuals allergic to this substance should exercise caution. Women should be cautious as their menstrual cycle may accelerate or bleeding may persist longer than usual. Women taking contraceptives containing estrogen or at risk of thrombosis may experience an increased risk of thrombosis when taking Vitamin E. High-dose and long-term use of pyridoxine may lead to symptoms of nerve damage, so caution is necessary. Overdose may result in nausea, vomiting, hypernatremia, heart failure, and edema. Care should be taken as taking it with antialdosterone agents or triamterene may increase serum potassium levels. If overdose occurs or symptoms do not improve after one month of use, it is essential to consult a professional. This medication must be taken according to the prescribed dosage and administration, and supervision by a guardian is required when giving it to children. It is advisable to avoid drinking tannin-containing teas like green or black tea before and after taking this medication.
