This medication is used for patients receiving both Pimasartan for hypertension treatment and Rosuvastatin calcium for hyperlipidemia treatment. Pimasartan helps control essential hypertension. Rosuvastatin calcium is used for treating hypercholesterolemia and various types of dyslipidemia, especially when dietary control is insufficient. It also contributes to reducing the risk of cardiovascular disease, as well as the recurrence of stroke and myocardial infarction after arterial revascularization. By administering these two medications together, hypertension and hyperlipidemia can be effectively managed, thereby improving cardiovascular health.
