Relief of peripheral blood circulation disorders (shoulder stiffness, cold hands and feet) and neuralgia
This medicine helps to support health by supplying Vitamin E, B1, and B6 during physical fatigue, pregnancy, lactation, and the decline in physical strength during and after illness, as well as in old age. It also aids in alleviating symptoms such as stiffness in the shoulders and neck, and coldness in the hands and feet due to peripheral blood circulation disorders and menopausal symptoms. It improves not only neuralgia, muscle pain, and joint pain, but also inflammation symptoms related to the mouth and skin, such as angular cheilitis, cheilitis, stomatitis, and glossitis. It is effective for beriberi, eye fatigue, and muscle cramps due to magnesium deficiency. Overall, this medication is used to relieve various symptoms and support health recovery.
For individuals aged 12 and older: Take 1 capsule at a time, 2 times a day.
This medication should not be taken by anyone who is allergic to it or its components. Additionally, individuals under 12 months of age, patients with severe kidney dysfunction, or those allergic to soybean oil, soybeans, or peanuts should avoid taking it. Moreover, if menstrual cycles become shorter or bleeding persists for a long time, women taking estrogen-containing oral contraceptives or patients at risk of thrombosis should be cautious as there may be an increased risk of thrombosis. Excessive intake of pyridoxine (Vitamin B6) may result in neurological symptoms, and taking Vitamin B12 in high doses may cause hematological reactions. In cases of excessive intake, symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, hypernatremia, congestive heart failure, and edema may appear, so caution is necessary. When taking with antialdosterone agents or triamterene, there is a risk of hyperkalemia, so it should be taken carefully. If overdosed or if symptoms do not improve after taking for over one month, consultation with a professional is mandatory. Patients at risk of lipid overload should regularly check plasma lipid levels to monitor lipid excretion status and adjust the dosage of this medication if necessary. When using other intravenous lipid preparations, dosage should be adjusted considering the lipid quantity included in this medication. During usage, it is essential to adhere to the prescribed dosage and frequency, and it is advisable to avoid teas containing tannins, such as green tea or black tea, before and after consumption. Finally, this medicine should be stored out of reach of children, away from direct sunlight, in a cool, dry place.
