In severe cases, it can be administered at 90mg twice daily, alternating injection on both sides of the buttocks. After the initial treatment period, switch to oral tablets or suppositories. During use, severe side effects such as shock, gastrointestinal bleeding, blood disorders, serious skin reactions, liver and kidney dysfunction, and difficulty breathing may occur, and if symptoms arise, discontinuation of the medication and consultation with medical personnel is necessary. This medication should be used at the lowest effective dose for the shortest duration possible, and regular blood tests and liver and kidney function tests are required for long-term use. Particularly for patients with hypertension or heart failure, blood pressure and cardiac status must be closely monitored when taking this medication, as fluid retention or edema may occur. This medication may interact with other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, aspirin, diuretics, lithium, methotrexate, and warfarin, increasing the risk of side effects, so it is crucial to consult with medical personnel. During pregnancy, particularly in late stages, the medication may pose risks to the fetus and should be avoided, and for nursing mothers, consideration should be given to discontinuing breastfeeding or the medication, as it may pass into breast milk and cause side effects in the baby. In the elderly and children, it should be administered with caution at the minimum necessary dose, paying particular attention to possible adverse reactions.
