Vitamin E is a nutrient particularly needed in old age, helping to improve peripheral blood circulation and alleviate symptoms such as stiffness in the shoulders and neck, numbness in the hands and feet, and coldness. It's also effective in relieving uncomfortable symptoms in menopausal women. Magnesium supplementation is necessary for muscle cramps caused by magnesium deficiency, improving normal muscle function and alleviating cramps. Thus, this medication is used for improving circulation in the elderly, alleviating menopausal symptoms, and treating muscle cramps due to magnesium deficiency.
