Improvement of neuralgia, myalgia, etc. caused by vitamin B1 deficiency and metabolic disorders
This medication is used for the prevention and treatment of vitamin B1 deficiency. It acts as a supplement especially when food intake is insufficient, for instance in cases of hyperthyroidism, pregnancy and lactation, or intense physical labor. Additionally, it assists in the treatment of severe neurological and cardiac conditions such as Wernicke's encephalopathy and beriberi heart disease. This medication may also be effective for symptoms such as neuralgia, myalgia, peripheral neuritis, myocardial metabolic disorders, and gastrointestinal motility disorders associated with suspected vitamin B1 deficiency or metabolic disorders. However, it is important not to use it aimlessly for more than one month. This medication is used to improve and treat various symptoms related to vitamin B1 deficiency.
For thiamine, the typical dosage for adults is subcutaneously, intramuscularly, or intravenously 5 – 100 mg daily. Adjust as appropriate based on symptoms.
This medication is administered via injection, and caution must be exercised as glass fragments may be present when cutting the injection container. Especially when used in children or the elderly, extra care is necessary. Patients who have had allergies to this medication or its components should not use it. Patients with allergies should also use it with caution. Although rare, severe allergic reactions may lead to shock; if symptoms such as blood pressure drop, chest pain, or respiratory distress occur, administration should be stopped immediately and appropriate treatment should be sought. Additionally, side effects such as rash, nausea, vomiting, stomatitis, diarrhea, headache, and frequent urination may occur, and it is advisable to consult a doctor if symptoms arise. Injections should be administered slowly as much as possible to reduce vascular pain. To prevent bacterial contamination, unused solution should not be reused. When cutting the ampoule, the marked part should be facing upwards, and the opposite side should be cut carefully. To prevent foreign substances, the top of the ampoule should be cleaned with an alcohol swab. This medication should be stored in a safe place out of the reach of children, and care should be taken not to transfer it to another container as it may pose a risk of accidents and degrade the quality of the medication.

This medication should be stored in an opaque container to prevent exposure to light, and it is advisable to keep it at room temperature between 1 and 30 degrees Celsius. Proper storage will help maintain the efficacy of the medication and prevent deterioration.
This medication is a colorless, odorless liquid with a slightly bitter taste, filled in a brown ampoule containing a clear liquid.
