Precautions

This medication should not be used by individuals allergic to this drug or its ingredients. It is safe to avoid applying this medication on skin that has been shaved within 12 hours, or on damaged or irritated skin. Additionally, depilatory products should not be used together with this medication within 12 hours before or after application. Care should be taken to avoid contact with the eyes, nose, mouth, or other mucous membranes; if contact occurs accidentally, rinse thoroughly with clean water immediately. Pregnant women should consult a doctor before using this medication, as its components may potentially affect the fetus. Nursing mothers should also consult a professional before using this medication, and particularly ensure that it does not come into contact with the breast area. If this medication comes into contact with the breast, it should be washed off before breastfeeding to prevent the infant's exposure to the drug. For children under 12 years of age, the safety and efficacy of this medication have not been sufficiently established, so consultation with a professional is advised before use. If skin irritation, redness, itching, pain, or rash occurs while using this medication, discontinue use immediately and consult a doctor or pharmacist. Also, while sweating may decrease, the skin may appear red or feel irritated; if these symptoms worsen, it would be best to discontinue use. Using this medication more frequently than recommended can lead to increased skin irritation, so caution is advised. In the event of accidental ingestion of this medication, symptoms such as vomiting, diarrhea, and burning sensations in the mouth and throat may occur, so rinse your mouth well with plenty of water and follow the healthcare professional's instructions. This medication contains ethanol, which can affect the body systemically in cases of overdose, so particular care should be exercised. Excessive application may cause skin peeling or redness, and in such cases, applying a moisturizer or 1% hydrocortisone cream may help alleviate the symptoms. This medication produces hydrochloric acid when it comes into contact with water; thus, it is essential to ensure the area of application is completely dry to minimize irritation. It should be applied only to the areas that require treatment and care must be taken to avoid contact with clothing, metals, or precious metals. When storing, pay attention to temperature, sunlight, and humidity, and it is safe to keep it tightly closed in its original container.
