This medication is used to treat epithelial disorders of the conjunctiva caused by endogenous diseases such as Sjögren's syndrome, mucous membrane syndrome, and dry eye syndrome as well as exogenous diseases resulting from surgery, use of medications, trauma, or contact lens wear.

How to apply drops

Adult eye dose

Instill 1 drop, 5 to 6 times per day. Adjust as appropriate according to symptoms.

Precautions

This medication should not be used in patients who are allergic to protein-based drugs. Symptoms such as itching, irritation, redness, conjunctivitis, corneal issues, and foreign body sensation may occur; if such symptoms arise, discontinue use immediately and seek appropriate treatment. Additionally, inflammation of the eyelids or dermatitis may occur, so if these symptoms appear, stop using and seek treatment. This medication may have increased adverse reactions when used with steroids, treatments for dry eyes, antibiotics, glaucoma treatments, antihistamines, cataract treatments, and non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. Do not use this medication simultaneously with other eye drops; if necessary, use other eye drops first and then this medication 30 minutes later. This medication is strictly for ocular use; avoid contact of the tip of the container with the eyelids or eyelashes. For single-use products, discard the first 1-2 drops before use, and use immediately after opening, discarding any remaining solution. Store this medication out of reach of children and in a cool place away from direct sunlight. To prevent misuse and maintain the quality of the medication, do not transfer it to another container.
