This medication is used for the treatment of patients with essential hypertension whose blood pressure is not adequately controlled by monotherapy with amlodipine or telmisartan. It effectively lowers blood pressure and helps prevent cardiovascular complications.

How to take

Adult dose

The recommended dose is 1 tablet once daily, taken with water regardless of meals. It is recommended to take it at the same time each day (e.g., in the morning). For patients with renal impairment, dose adjustment is not necessary for mild and moderate impairment; however, for severe renal impairment, treatment should begin with a low dose and be gradually increased. Precautions

This medication should not be used during pregnancy, especially in the second and third trimesters, as it can pose serious risks to the fetus. Serious side effects

Hives, severe swelling (angioedema), chest tightness, difficulty breathing, cold sweat, paleness, severe rash with fever, blistering, skin peeling, pain in oral/ocular mucosa, difficulty breathing or shortness of breath, asthma attack, respiratory abnormalities with cough and fever, yellowing of the skin or eyes (jaundice), severe lethargy, sudden and very severe headache, thunderclap headache, seizures, altered consciousness, visual disturbances, paralysis.

Mild side effects

Dizziness, peripheral edema, upper respiratory infection (including pharyngitis and sinusitis), urinary tract infection (including cystitis), anemia, hyperkalemia, hypoglycemia (in diabetic patients), hyponatremia, hyperglycemia, depression, insomnia, mood changes, anxiety, drowsiness, migraine, headache, paresthesia, dysgeusia, tremor, visual disturbance (including diplopia), vertigo, tinnitus, palpitations, bradycardia, tachycardia, flushing, hypotension, orthostatic hypotension, cough, nausea, diarrhea

Storage

This medication is sensitive to light and should be stored in a closed container that protects against light. Additionally, it should be kept at room temperature between 1°C and 30°C. This will help maintain the medication's efficacy and safety.
