Adult dosage

After completely drying the hair and scalp, apply 0.5 to 1 g of this medication twice a day (morning and evening) to the affected area for a minimum of 4 months. The total daily dosage should not exceed 2 g.

This medication should not be used by women or children under 18 years of age, and those who have had an allergic reaction to this product should avoid using it. It should also not be used by patients with heart or blood pressure issues, by those who do not have genetic hair loss, by individuals experiencing sudden partial hair loss, or if there is inflammation or injury on the scalp. While using this medication, it should not be used in conjunction with certain topical medications such as corticosteroids or retinoids, and caution is necessary for patients taking vasodilators due to the risk of hypotension. Elderly patients, those with edema, or those with thyroid problems should consult a doctor or pharmacist before using this product. This product contains propylene glycol; therefore, individuals allergic to this ingredient should use it with caution. If symptoms like itching, redness, dermatitis, worsening of hair loss, heart irregularities, respiratory difficulties, dizziness, liver or kidney issues, or allergic reactions occur, use should be immediately discontinued, and a professional should be consulted. This medication should only be applied to the scalp, and excessive absorption may affect the heart, so it's important to adhere to the dosage and consult a doctor or pharmacist. If there are wounds or inflammation on the scalp, absorption of this medication may increase the risk of side effects, so scalp condition should be checked before use. If you forget to use this medication, the next dose should be used as per normal without supplementation. This medication is not effective for hair loss due to specific causes or skin diseases, and caution should be exercised due to the possibility of serious cardiovascular side effects in case of overdose. This medication should not be used on areas other than the scalp, and occlusive dressings should not be used. Care must be taken to avoid contact with the eyes or sensitive areas, and if contact occurs, it should be washed immediately with clean water. After use, hands should be washed thoroughly, and hair styling products should only be used once this medication has completely dried; it is advisable to apply it 2-4 hours before going to bed. Using a hair dryer after applying to the scalp helps maintain efficacy. Animal studies have reported the active ingredient of this medication to be associated with certain tumor occurrences, so it is advisable to consult a professional for long-term use. This product contains benzoic acid, which may irritate the skin, eyes, or mucous membranes, so caution is warranted.
