This medication temporarily alleviates pain, itching, swelling, and bleeding due to anal fissures and hemorrhoids, and it also has a disinfection effect on the wound area. It assists in relieving uncomfortable symptoms for patients and supports quick recovery. It is used to improve symptoms associated with anal fissures and hemorrhoids.

Dosage and Administration

Adult dosage

Adults (15 years and older): Apply an adequate amount directly to the affected area 1 to 3 times a day or insert it into the rectum. When applying rectally, insert the applicator into the tube and then into the rectum.

Precautions

This medication should not be used by patients with heart disease, hypertension, thyroid disease, diabetes, and those with prostatic hyperplasia that causes difficulty in urination. During use of this medication, do not take or use other medications containing dl-methylphenidate hydrochloride, scopolamine, glycyrrhizin, such as suppositories or ointments and creams. It is also advisable not to take antihypertensive medications or antidepressants together. Women who are pregnant or may become pregnant should consult with a doctor, dentist, or pharmacist before using this medication. Patients currently receiving other treatments should also consult with a professional before using this medication. If you experience side effects such as redness, swelling, or irritation of the skin while using this medication, stop using it immediately and consult with a doctor or pharmacist. If allergic symptoms such as rash, itching, or severe congestion occur, discontinue use immediately and seek medical attention. Particularly, severe allergic reactions can lead to life-threatening anaphylactic shock, so caution is necessary. If symptoms do not improve after using the medication for about 7 days, stop use and consult a doctor. In the case of bleeding, stop using this medication immediately and consult a professional. Always follow the prescribed dosage and administration correctly. It is safe not to use this medication in children. This medication should only be applied to the anal area and should never be used for ophthalmic purposes. When storing, keep it out of reach of children and store it in a sealed container, away from direct sunlight, in a cool, dry place. Additionally, to maintain quality and avoid misuse, it is important not to transfer it to another container.
