Precautions

This medication contains chlorhexidine, which should not be used by individuals who have allergies or hypersensitivity to this ingredient. Particular caution should be exercised when using it directly on critical areas such as the brain, spinal cord, eyes, and ears, as it can cause auditory damage or neurological disorders. Avoid using it on mucous membranes, especially the genital mucosa, as it may cause irritation or damage, and it should not be used on infants under 2 months old. Individuals with drug allergies or allergic diseases such as asthma or a family history should consult a doctor or pharmacist before using this medication. Caution is necessary when applying it broadly to wounded skin, burned areas, or immature skin due to increased risks. If skin rash, hives, nausea, dizziness, difficulty breathing, or other symptoms occur while using this product, discontinue use immediately and consult a specialist. In severe cases, life-threatening reactions like anaphylactic shock may occur, so caution is essential. Additionally, due to photosensitivity reactions, exposure to light may cause skin sensitivity. This medication is for external use only and should not be ingested or injected. If swallowed accidentally, the stomach should be washed out using milk or eggs, and a hospital visit is necessary. Care should be taken to avoid contact with the eyes; if it gets into the eyes, rinse thoroughly with clean water immediately. When used for an extended period or on large areas, avoid inhaling vapors, and it should not be used for disinfecting surgical instruments. Before use, ensure all soap residue on the skin is thoroughly washed off, and maintain appropriate concentration since the solution tends to adsorb onto fibers or gauze. Finally, confirm whether there is a history of hypersensitivity or allergy to this medication to ensure safe use.
