This medicine contains vitamins B1, B2, B6, C, D, and zinc, which can help replenish energy when experiencing physical fatigue or during pregnancy and lactation, and when experiencing reduced physical strength during or after illness. It also provides necessary nutrients during growth and old age. It is effective in relieving pain from neuralgia, muscle pain, and joint pain, and helps alleviate inflammation around the mouth such as angular cheilitis, cheilitis, stomatitis, and glossitis, as well as eczema and dermatitis symptoms. It supports relief of eye fatigue and normal development of bones and teeth, and is beneficial for the prevention of rickets. Zinc plays a crucial role in enhancing immune function and wound healing. Therefore, this medicine is used to improve and prevent various health issues.

How to take

Adult dose

Once daily, 1 tablet after meals.

Child dose

Ages 12 and older: once daily, 1 tablet after meals.

Precautions

This medicine should not be taken by individuals with hypercalcemia or those suffering from sarcoidosis or kidney diseases. Those with allergic reactions to this medicine or its components should also avoid it. Babies under 12 months and patients with kidney stones should not take this medicine. If symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, mouth inflammation, digestive issues, abdominal pain, hypotension, or pulmonary edema occur while taking this medicine, discontinue use immediately and consult a doctor. Prolonged high-dose use may lead to tolerance and excessive amounts of pyridoxine may cause neurological disorders. Additionally, high doses of vitamin B12 may cause hematological adverse reactions, so caution is advised. High-dose use can lead to peptic ulcers, insulin resistance damage, hyperuricemia, and liver damage. In cases of excessive intake, gastrointestinal symptoms, hypernatremia, congestive heart failure, and edema may occur, and there is a risk of hyperkalemia when taken with certain diuretics, thus caution is required. Overdose or lack of symptom improvement after taking it for more than a month necessitates consulting a specialist. Be sure to adhere to the prescribed dosage and administration, and note that this medicine may affect urine test results.
