The vitamins A, D, E, B1, B2, B6, C and zinc contained in this product mainly help to maintain health by supplying deficiencies in physical fatigue, pregnancy and lactation, decreased stamina during or after illness, growth phases, and elderly age. Vitamin A is effective for alleviating dry eyes and improving night blindness, while vitamin D plays an important role in preventing bone and dental growth deficiencies as well as rickets. The B vitamins alleviate symptoms such as beriberi, neuralgia, myalgia, and arthralgia, as well as oral inflammation such as angular cheilitis, cheilitis, stomatitis, and glossitis. Additionally, vitamins C and zinc contribute to improving various skin diseases such as dermatitis and eczema. Thus, this product is used to improve various health issues and enhance stamina through the combined action of several vitamins and zinc.
How to take

Precautions
This product should be used with caution in women within the first 3 months of pregnancy or those who may become pregnant, as administering more than 5,000 IU of vitamin A poses a risk of congenital malformations in the fetus. Children, especially those under 6 years of age, should not overdose on this drug as it could lead to fatal poisoning; therefore, it should be kept out of reach of children. Patients with hypercalcemia, sarcoidosis, renal disease, individuals allergic to any components of this product, infants under 12 months, patients with hemochromatosis, hemosiderosis, and kidney stones should not take this product. This product contains Yellow No. 5 dye, and caution is advised in individuals allergic to this ingredient. It should not be taken with phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracycline preparations, antacids, or levodopa. Infants under 1 year, patients under medical treatment, children exposed to a lot of sunlight, individuals with hyperoxaluria, pregnant and breastfeeding women, people with gastrointestinal disorders, heart or circulatory system abnormalities, renal impairment, conditions of hypoalbuminemia, gout or a history of kidney stones should consult a healthcare professional before use. If symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, skin rash, itching, diarrhea, abdominal pain, fever, or coma occur during treatment, discontinue use immediately and consult a healthcare professional. Particularly for women, caution is necessary as vitamin E included in this product may increase the risk of thrombosis. Prolonged high-dose use may lead to tolerance or increase the risk of neuropathy, liver damage, and osteoporosis, so the prescribed dosage should be adhered to. When administering to children, it should be done under the supervision of a guardian, and as vitamin A is adequately supplied through normal meals, the supplemental dose should not exceed 5,000 IU. It is advisable to avoid drinks containing tannins, such as green tea or black tea, while taking this product, as it may affect blood glucose tests or clinical test results, so consult a healthcare professional before testing.
