Vitamins B1, B2, and B6 are recommended to be supplemented when experiencing physical fatigue, during pregnancy and breastfeeding, as well as during illness or recovery from illness when energy levels may be low. These vitamins also help relieve pain such as neuralgia, myalgia, and arthralgia. They are particularly used to improve beriberi and eye fatigue. Thus, the B vitamins play an important role in supporting the body's health and recovery, enhancing physical strength and pain management in daily life.
