This medication helps effectively manage blood pressure for patients with essential hypertension who do not achieve adequate blood pressure control with amlodipine or telmisartan monotherapy.

How to take

Adult dose

The recommended dose of this medication is one tablet once daily, to be taken with water regardless of meals. It is advisable to take it at the same time each day (e.g., in the morning). Precautions

This medication may cause serious harm to the fetus during pregnancy, especially in the second and third trimesters, so it should not be taken by women who are pregnant or may become pregnant. Additionally, patients who are allergic to any component of this medication or have specific heart diseases, liver disorders, hypotension, or severe kidney impairment should not use it. Patients with gastrointestinal diseases or impaired kidney function, the elderly, and heart failure patients should take special caution while using this medication.
