Relief of symptoms such as eczema, dermatitis, and itching
This medication is primarily used for inflammatory skin diseases such as eczema and dermatitis, as well as for itching and insect bites.
After shaking well before use, apply an appropriate amount to the affected area 1 to 3 times a day. Adjust dosage according to symptoms.
This medication should not be used by patients with bacterial, fungal, viral, or animal skin infections as it may worsen symptoms. People with hypersensitivity or a history of hypersensitivity to this medication should not be administered. Caution is advised for patients with otitis externa and perforation of the tympanic membrane as healing may be delayed when using this medication. It should not be used in patients with ulcers, severe burns, or frostbite as skin regeneration may be inhibited and healing may be delayed. It is advisable for patients with perioral dermatitis, common acne, rosacea, or non-inflammatory itching not to use this medication. Women who are pregnant or may become pregnant, and nursing mothers should use this medication cautiously, and it must be used after consulting a doctor for infants, especially children under 2 years old. Elderly patients are more likely to experience side effects; caution is needed with large or prolonged use. If a skin infection occurs or symptoms worsen during the use of this medication, discontinue use immediately and seek appropriate treatment. Long-term use may lead to various skin side effects such as skin atrophy, pigmentation changes, and steroid acne, so dosage and duration should be adjusted. This medication may be systemically absorbed, leading to rare systemic side effects such as pituitary-adrenal suppression and Cushing's syndrome; regular examinations are necessary with long-term extensive use. Caution must be exercised when using it around the eyes due to the risk of increased intraocular pressure and glaucoma; if visual disturbances such as blurred vision occur, consult an ophthalmologist immediately. It is recommended to use this medication only for a short period within 7 days, and usage should be quickly discontinued once symptoms improve. Using under occlusive dressings increases the risk of infection, so medical guidance should be followed, and it should not be used indiscriminately. Children, the elderly, pregnant women, and nursing mothers require special attention when using this medication, particularly children who may experience side effects more easily due to more sensitive skin. This medication should not be used for ophthalmic purposes, nor should it be used for non-therapeutic reasons such as after applying makeup or shaving. Keep it out of reach of children and be cautious as excessive use may lead to systemic side effects.
Not everyone experiences these, and they can vary from person to person.
Store this medication in a tightly sealed container to protect it from air and moisture. It is advisable to maintain a storage temperature between 15 and 30 degrees Celsius. This helps to preserve the efficacy and safety of the medication for a longer time.
